2.3 Quad Four in 95 ragtop engine racket.
It ran well as always, stopped to drop off kids, tried to start and one hell of a racket under the hood. Towed home checked timing chain Yep still there but when you turn it over sounds like a hammer in the valve train, timing chain area. So now the quad four may be trashed. Any Ideas. I am thinking the valves may be saved as she just shut it down and then tried to restart it.
