Unfortunately, your post is terribly vague, so it is really hard to even to begin to guess what is wrong and how to fix it. We would need to know the engine size, mileage, what type of module you replaced, why you think you needed to do that, what your van can and can't do, like crank, fuel pump sound, fuel is getting to fuel rail, any check engine light and codes, condition of plugs and wires, can you get spark, etc., etc,. Do you have any history of the this vehicle. Did it work when it was parked or it was parked because it didn't work? Basically the more you tell us, the more likely we will be able to give you good anwers. You may also have brake issues to deal with as well, because it has set for so long, but let's not get too far ahead of ourselves.
