01 SC1 wiper motor

I was wondering if these cars always have such loud wiper motors. It seems so loud everytime the wipers are on. It's quite annoying. Is this normal or do I need to replace the motor for this to go away? Thanks!

They usually are not loud at all. In the rain when driving i cant hear the motor at all. You may need to replace it if the sound is bad as the motor may be on its way out
