940 Turbo help
I have a 1994 940 turbo and the turbo doesn't seem to be engaging. When watching the dash gauge when the gauge shows the turbo about to kick in it hestitates considerably. if i keep the RPMs low so the turbo doesn't engage I can drive the vehicle. What is most likely the cause of this?
