installation of a rear strut bar

alright here is the deal i have a 03 grand am gt and just got my rear strut bar havent really looked at the back of the car but the only things that cam wth it was the bar and two bolt now just really wondering y two bolts that has got be confused just looking for help please

Re: installation of a rear strut bar

Where did you buy the rear bar from? Normally if it came assembled it should be a main bar with two plates on each end for mounting. The plates should have a slot for the exsisting bolts on the strut mounts to attach too. The ones i had on mine you had to assemble so there was 2 bolts i had to use that it came with. I don't know if that's your case or not.

strut bar adjustment

finally got my two strut bars on my 03 ga gt and i was wondering if i need to do adjustments on them or do i just tighten everything down my rear is gfrom custom grand am and my fornt is a vibrant for racepages.com

No adjustments realy just snug it up tighten the bolts.
