Can't get fuel filter off PICS

Hey guys I was in the middle of replacing my fuel filter and doing some other fuel related things when I get down to the fuel filter I just cant seem to break its seal with the fuel line. THere is a 19mm bolt on the bottom of it which I have been trying to turn except the damn thing is twisting my whole line and I don't want to snap the damn fuel feed line.

SOOO frustrated what did you guys do.

Those thing are a bitch!

On mine I used 2 wrenches, one on the top and one on bottom and just twist the shit out of it. One one way, the other the other way. That first time is a pain in the ass but you'll get it.

There was no hope for saving my lower inlet line. I ended up cutting the tubing and splicing in fuel hose.

Or take off the entire line and run SS the whole way. Dead sexy... but expensive.

It is worth the switch, IMO. AN adapters are a joy to work with.

Ya they are. Much easier than dealing with cheap leaky hoses, clamps and terrible fittings.

I had the same problem with mine. It also took two wrenches and several times of spraying it with pb blaster to loosen it up. Best bet is to cut the line off and put your own fitting on like everyone else said...

Deffinetly 2 wrenches FTW. I wouldn't even attempt it without 2 wrenches.

Take the wheel off and take it off from the bottem .
