transmission OD flashing in dash

please help 99 kia sephia over drive off flashing in dash. I have checked the fluid level and it is ok.

when the od light is flashing ,it means that there is problem in the transmission system.
first you should have the car scan for codes. maybe it just a sensor.good luck.
