1993 V63.2 4WD S water leak on pass side
After the last two heavy rainfalls, I had a mildew smell in the car and noticed that the front passenger floor was damp. There was moisture on the components under the glovebox (not in the glove box). This only happens when there is heavy rain. I opened the hood and also noticed moisture near the firewall on the left side, e.g the wiper motor was wet. Does anyone have any advice on this problem or what/where to check. The weatherstripping on the hood appears to be in good condition. My Rodeo has approx. 192,000 miles. Thanks for any help.

sounds to me like you have a bad seal somewhere, i'd check the bottom of the windshield for leaks. had a similar problem and if i drove in the rain, water would come up from under the windshield and spray me in the face, lol.

Re: 1993 V63.2 4WD S water leak on pass side
Check the weatherstripping on the inside passanger door near side mirror....mine had somehow folded itself over and caused this same situation a few years back.
Make sure you pull the carpet back and allow it to dry from underneith....you have lots of wiring in the passanger floor kickfoot panel, make sure it dries out.
