Question needs answer about Limited Grand Cherokees

Did jeep make the yrs 2000-2003 Grand Cherokee Limited with Select Drive 4x4? I cant seem to find A limited in this yr range with the Select drive all have the AWD Quadra. Anyone have an answer to this? Any pros and cons to the Select or Quadra 4x4 drive. I was told to stay away from the Quadra drive.

I've had a 2000 Select Trac, and now have a 2004 with the same.

The full time system usually comes with the V8 engine, but there are Limiteds out there I think with the Select Trac system - probably with the 6.
