knock

85 camaro with 134k, 5spd 2.8 liter.
Had some rainy weather the othernite. decide to get the car sideways a bit round corner... no problem. However, the engine developed a knock afterwards. at first it was just at higher rpm. Noe just whenever gas is given? Noticed no real lack of power, no significant leaks. Its real hard to tell where its comn' from. Put my ear up to a screwdriver an touched around tryn to listen around but can't find it. If anyones had this problem or has some input, hook a brother up!

Re: knock

I would say check the oil level and pressure. Also 2.8 for the most part, love bearings. Its no stranger to need rods and mains done...
Can you tell if its more in the top end or bottom end?
