Changing Odometer From Miles To Km.

I owen a Z4 coupe bought in USA. I want to turn the odometer from miles to killometers. Is there a a way to do so?
Radio is on American frequency and I wish to change it to European. Please advise.

You need to go into the ECU with a tool like a GT1.
Laptop that sets up the parameters of the ECU.
Find someone local.
The dealer here is 129 dollars just to hook it up.
