need help!!! leaky heater core in 97 plymouth voyager.

heater core is leaking in my 97 voyager. its a 2.4 ltr with ac. i can see that it comes out from the inside but im not sure where to start to make that happen? what all do i need to remove to get to it? is this going to be a nightmare project?
