1988 f-150 front end noises
i have noticed that my truck has been making creaking noises when i turn the wheels right to left.
crawled under it and noticed a few rivets look lose but not broke and while looking at the frame i had someone turn the wheels and i can see the frame/s moving a little bit. i am talking about where the springs sit in and shocks that piece looks like it moves. can i weld it up and would it be alright or do i need to replace the rivets some how. anyone ever have this problem it sounds like the frame is breaking it crackles, creaks, loudly and is noticable |

Re: 1988 f-150 front end noises
All you are talking about is replacing one semi-permanent fastening system (rivets) with another (welding).
