1988 f-150 front end noises

i have noticed that my truck has been making creaking noises when i turn the wheels right to left.
crawled under it and noticed a few rivets look lose but not broke and while looking at the frame i had someone turn the wheels and i can see the frame/s moving a little bit. i am talking about where the springs sit in and shocks that piece looks like it moves.
can i weld it up and would it be alright or do i need to replace the rivets some how.
anyone ever have this problem
it sounds like the frame is breaking it crackles, creaks, loudly and is noticable

All you are talking about is replacing one semi-permanent fastening system (rivets) with another (welding).
