Re: 1994 metro dying

Let me reverse my last request.... - ????

Information is needed.....

Miles on the engine, compression readings with & w/o oil in cylinder, vacuum readings,
fuel pressure readings, spark plug appearance, etc.

Can anybody else add to the list?

Re: 1994 metro dying

Good call Doc;
A/C on, A/C off? Is the check engine light on?

The EGR valve may not be fully closed/may be hanging open.
