those are some nice trees in that pic, but i cant see anything else beyond that. as for the cams, they will provide some more power, and since they are coming off another honda, you know they are good quality also. i would like to do that mod, but dont have the time or money. dont forget to get new springs for them if you do it, otherwise your stock ones wont be able to keep up with how much larger they are. get some cam gears for them too and tune everything right to get the most out of them.

yeah nice trees..
and to answer your question.. the type r cams would go nice in your b16 but like the man said get new springs.. if i were you i would get the cam gears first.. you'll be suprised what some good dyno tuning can do with just those.. save yourself some money.. but the itr cams or skunk2 make some nice ones.. |

I have the r cmas in my b16 w/ a dc sports header, intake, exhaust and skunk2 ecu. THey work very nicely. The ower delivery is smoother; so much so that the v-tec crack is actually less loticable than the stock b16 cams.
Overall a great mod. Remeber to buy stock r intake valve springs to protect yourself from value float at near redline(sinice you'll be keeping a stock ecu). Any other questions ...email me |
