Sleep in your car.
buy a gun.
I imagine you have a car alarm, right?
Buy one of those minicams on the internet, and just record all night. Might help catch the guy.
Get a motion sensor light.
get the bumper sticker "i have a gun."

the possiblities are endless, really.

Yea that would really help . Sorry to hear that bro. The only problem is that on 5th gen maximas (speaking of 2k2 and 2k3) the grills are easier to take off (you dont even need to pop the hood) thats y those assholes going for the bulbs and in some cases the whole headlight assemblies. I dont know what to tell you man, did u go to the dealer and tell them what happened? Ask for advice in Parts department (because they DO know more that those idiots who sell cars. They even know more that people in service department)

the reason they get stolen so easily is because the hid and all itz fixtures is attached to each headlight so it easy to steal ounce you get the headlight out u get everything you need for hid lights,

what nissian should do is...

move the bassalt(the thing that chargers the light particle to makin them brite (square box)) closer to the firewall so even if they steal the headlights it will be useless cause without the basalt or wat ever itz called the hid lighs are useless.

yea jus a taught

sorrie bout your situation

Sux to have HID on the east coast. The only suggestion I have for you is to ditch the HIDs and go for the 00-01 headlights.

well the locks are breakable aswell so not much hope there just keep a better eye out on it dont park in open areas if you have a garage park it in the garage or park as close to the wall as you can i supose that might stop the riping off the bumper part. we have realy nice head lights and they have been made realy dum and therefore easly stolen. so you have to take what ever percaution your self to take care of it. :cry:ing about it is not gona make the basterd fwk heads stop. its gona make them do it more!!!

just some thoughts

Don't sleep at all
do what spaz says and buy urself a camera or something.
you see the face report it to the police and they catch the guy and hopefully it's the same dude who knocked you off those three other times.

I also wouldnt be surprised if you knew the person doing it... if you think about it, someone's not going to run across town, see a car in the driveway, and jack it's lights for the hell of it. My guess is that it's someone that's seen you drive by a few times, and was able to know when abouts you'd be inside for long enough to do the snag, you know?

keep your eye out for some other car that suddenly has the lights..

I'm gonna get me some 2k2 HIDs for my 2k later in the spring but I live in South Carolina so I don't think I have much to worry about b/c its just a bunch of hillbillies here.
