hi. my daughter has a 1995 dodge stratus 5.1 ltr. she is having a problem with it and was told she needed a new distrbitor and shaft sensor. is there a kit you can buy to rebuild the distributor or do need to buy a new one. also can you give me the information that the vin. no. provides.

I just had to have my distributor replaced and it cost me about $400. I don't know if you can rebuild, but I'm told it is very hard to get to.
