Unhappy 98 Tranny problem, maybe lawsuit??? help

Alright, I have a 98 prelude with 112k on it. I noticed the tranny fluid was very dark and needed changed. Well, i was an idiot and went to a Pennzoil quick change place and had the tranny flushed. That night, I drove to a concert forty miles away and on the drive home I couldn't shift past 2nd gear. Even the numbers on my dash changed to 3 and 4 but the car would not shift. So I didn't want to blow my engine so I had it towed home.

One of my good friends happens to work at the Pennzoil place and said that they used the wrong tranny fluid for my car. He also said that I should talk to my lawyer about the problem. The owner of the Pennzoil shop was really shitty on the phone with me about it but did refund the money for the flush.

So, should I push forward with a lawsuit or what? Also, does anyone know any other reasons that this has happened to me?
