Help!!!!!!!!

Ok, its almost summer and its hot down here in Texas. Well my A/C dont work. Which i can get fixed but I have a problem. It seems like my blower is always on. Heat comers from the airways under the ash tray and it gets really hot when i'm on the freeway doing speeds above 50mph. Can someone help out with this..Its very miserable..

Check out the operation of the heater control valve (it's on the heater hoses, the supply hose, near the heater core at the firewall - has a vacuum line coming off it) and make sure it's closed unless the heater is on. Also, check to make sure the heater door closes under the dash. I would check the supply of vacuum to the system (beginning with the orb-shaped reservoir under the hood on the evap housing) and make sure that all of the vacuum diaphragms are working and that the heater control (on the dash) is also functional.

Well, once before I had my A/C working and when I took it to the shop, the problem was a wire hanging loose under my dash. That yellow wire has came loose again but I dont see where it goes. Its a couple of wires not connected to anything including my cigerette lighter. I CANT CHARGE MY CELL PHONE !!!!
My Bright Lights nor my windshield wiper switch works. My Electrical System is really not in good shape.
