changing motors 3.5 to 3.9 [94] into 88 r/rover

We are have changed engines , have ignition , but no injectors ?, We have both looms and CPU's and air flow meters . We would like to head of any protenial problems , we can get it to run on gas but that is not a long term solution in aust. due to the distances we travel. can anyone help. we are still trying to get wiring diagrams of the 88 r/r and 94 disco that the motor came from.
