Frost plug heater leaks...how do I relace??

I noticed that the frost plug heater on the driver's side of the engine is leaking. Looks like an impossible access point to replace this thing. Has anyone else done it without removing the engine

For the ones that you can not get to to drive in a new plug they make a rubber plug that has a nut and bolt to tighten plug.
Dorman parts line should have them.

Sometimes raising the engine up or removing engine motor mt or starter lets you have more space to work with.
Good luck
