94 Metro Engine/transmission swap

I have a 1992 Geo Metro with good engine and manual transmission (body by front end collision). I am planning on swapping it into a 1994 - same engine and manual transmission. Can I pull as a unit and replace as unit? or is there quicksand ahead. Somewhat of a novice with this stuff. Could use some direction. Thanks
