someone help

Ive got an 81 pick 4x4. Leaking gas from fuel line coming out of gas tank to motor! Anyone know how easy this is to fix! Real strong gas smell in cab! Also poor gas milage! Ive got fairly moderate mechanic skills! Is this a job for a professional! Thanks!

Re: someone help

If it's a rubber line it's easy, get a new piece of fuel line and some hose clamps.
If it's a hard line you can replace that, or cut out the bad part and patch with a piece of rubber line, or replace entirely with rubber line.
