Bolt Pattern Mishap

I recently purchased Used rims and tires for my Sebring convertible only to later find out that the convertibles bolt pattern of 5x100mm differs from the sedans 5x4.5" bolt pattern. The rims I purchased are the 5x4.5" bolt pattern and won't fit my convertible. Is there any way to allow these rims to fit the convertible bolt pattern? or can the hubs be interchanged somehow? Or should I just re-sell the rims and cut my losses and start over? Thanks for any help in advance.
