Power Loss Driver Door

I have a 2004 silverado and I lost all power to my driver door, no window power or mirror power or locks. I checked all the fuses and they are good. any ideas?

Re: Power Loss Driver Door

Welcome to AF.

Have you checked the right driver door window motor circuit breaker?
If all 3 quit at One time you may have major problem.
Does dome light still work?

Pull the drivers window master switch and check for 12 volt power on the orange wire to it.
It is powered by the right side door circuit breaker.
You Should have power key on at the orange wire..

Before you get very deep in it check all GM TSB"s and saftey recalls on it and for power mirrow stuff.
Some have/are a fire hazard on the power mirrows.
Also some door window/door lock modules have to be reprogramed.

Also I would sugest the factory repair manual or a All dat on line sub.
For repair and wiring diagrams.

Good Luck
And let us know how it goes.

Re: Power Loss Driver Door

If OEM factory wired there is no circuit breakers inside door.
There is a module for some of the stuff in the door.
On the mirror recall thet wire a circuit breaker inside door for the power/heated mirrors.

Pull power window master switch and see if it is getting 12 volts on orange wire with key on.
If not you have a broken wire to it or a bad circuit breaker.
I think left and right side is on seperate circuit breakers.
Does the left side window switch work the left window?
Good Luck MT.
