Anyone have one for sale? Looking for one @$23k prefer one fairly sorted. May be interested in an RA, but obviously for less. I've been talking to the guys at Wirewheel.com and they have a few, are they the only source? Either that or its a Diasio, but those are i short suppy too.

Re: WTB: Want a GT-WC
Have you contacted Gary Jones of Gary Jones Motor Sports? He purchased many of the GT-RAs, and may also have a WC car in his shop. I think I remember him purchasing the last couple of cars from Panoz, and was dropping in hot motors (331 ci) in them.
He's on this forum from time to time, or you can find his contact info on the web. I think you'll find his prices very reasonable. I purchased a number of spare parts for my GT-RA from Gary, and think his pricing is very fair. Good luck.

Re: WTB: Want a GT-WC
Thanks, I talked to Gary, very nice, and he has a car I am pretty interested in, but doesnt have a lot of info on the car, but says he has the log book on it. Were you guys able to find any real info on these cars?
Anything major things I should look for? He says he has had to replace all the axle seals and 3rd member seals? cost and difficulty to do this? Sorry for all he stupid newbie questions, it's just the panoz is a new entity for me, although I have good mechanical skills, and a full tool box including a 4 post lift in the garage, so I'm not a complete hack! |

Re: WTB: Want a GT-WC
I just ordered these seals they are 18.00. Its by no means a tough job. Biggest thing is remove the third member.

ABout how long does it take to perform? He said he would do a "full service", replace the seals and fluid for $1000? Seems high, but I don't know the extent of the job. |

Re: WTB: Want a GT-WC
I ordered them from Coleman racing products. Third member is the rear end. You have to remove the chunk to get to the seals. The rear chunk weighs about 80 or 90 lbs.
