Stupid Question... Where is the OBDII Connector?
I know some of you may think it is funny that I can't find it, but on all the vehicles I have owned they were always right under the dash. Now however I have a 2002 Lincoln LS and can't find the OBDII Connector. Is there a special place they hid it at? Thanks ahead of time.

Re: Stupid Question... Where is the OBDII Connector?
Welcome to the forum. The OBD-II connector needs to be within 2 feet of the steering column by spec. On your 2002 the connector is at the base of the knee trim panel above the accelerator. It isn't visible without sticking your head down there. Or you can feel for it.
If it's not there, look around for it, it may have come off the mount. -Rod |
