Exclamation 2001 jgc laredo w/ 4.0 engine, 90k

hi all. i just go tthis jeep from my mother and the window was pushed down<front passenger window>, and it just cranks when i try to start it up. the last time this happened with the starting problem, she took it to the dealer and they blew out the throttle...i dont know what that means! well i have the jeep now because this problem has arrived again. if some one could give me some insight of what to do or is the problem...i would like to try and attempt this myself..save dealer cost. well thank you all..

Probably meant Throttle Body cleaning, but that's rarely a starting problem, ie cause it not to start.
Not a lot of info to work with here, more detail would be helpful.
Does the engine crank, (turn over) when you try to start it? Etc.
