is that the black covering on the crankcase side of the engine above the water pump pulley?

It actually covers the entire right side of the engine from top to bottom.

Is that for a 1.0L engine?

need to know if its a 4 bolt crank or 5 bolt, they are different covers

4 bolts hold the crank shaft pulley on.

Ah just buy a new one from the dealer. I bought one for my '96 and it only cost like $25.
