Chiming without key/unable to lock

My hubby has an '02 Grand Prix with three strange problems. I have replaced the numerous fuses on the passenger side glove compartment but none under the hood. It seems as though two of the problems are one in the same, but since I don't know, I'll list separately.
#1: Auto door locks on driver side do not lock, from inside or outside. Passenger side is ok. Unlocking is ok.
#2: Door annoying bell chime rings when driver's side door is open. This is with AND without the keys in ignition.
#3: When keys are not in ignition, it can still be turned from off to on. Not started, just turned on. Is this normal or does this need to be replaced?

I've heard of an IOD switch, but cannot find a label on either fuse box with IOD on it.

We live in Germany, not even close to a Pontiac dealer. Haynes has no manual for this year/model. We're trying to do this on our own to avoid paying triple what we would in the U.S.

Thanks in advance for any help and advice.

Re: Chiming without key/unable to lock

I'll see if I can find you a Door Chime wiring diagram. From there we can see if any of the problems share the same circuit...
