whats the deal with the noise that comes from not having the seatbelt on, is there a fuse i could pull, cut a wire???

I seem to remember someone asking this before and learning that there is a programmable setting for this. I don't recall if it's something an owner can disable or if it has to be done by a dealer. Try performing a search on this forum.
