1966 Nash Rambler speedo cable problem?

Speedo cable problem for Nash Rambler 1966
Speedo cable problem for Nash Rambler 1966.
My problem is that the oil from the gear box gets
wound up through the speedo cable, ends up in speedo then drips on to floor of car. Please Help.

There is a seal on the trans end of the cable, fix it!
