Re: Engine Dies When Turn Signal On

Old common problem. Caused by a bad ignition switch. Check out some of the threads we have in history.

Re: Engine Dies When Turn Signal On

thanks fro the reply.

Is it just the ignition switch?
I read something about a harness.
I never got that deeopinto a steering column before.
I s it difficult to change? Special tools required?

I tries to find some old post but couldn't locate any info on it.

Re: Engine Dies When Turn Signal On

BNAYLOR,

Thanks for the info.
I did find a thread with some good info you posted awhile back.
Seem to explain a lot in detail.
The car is actually my Dads that is having the problem.
I didn't know if there where special tools to get the ignition out.

Thanks for the input.

Your help is always appreciated.

Vinny
