B16 Cam gear...

I'm in the process of replacing all the stuff (H20pump/timingbelt/etc) from the JDM b16 and I noticed that the intake cam is 1 tooth off from TDC:

Is this something I should be concerned about? Should I rotate it back into position?

As a side note: the engineer who came up with the pressure plate bolt position should be drawn and quartered...

TIA!

My old 94 gsr was one or teath off on one of the cams...can't remember which one. We put them both back to TDC, and the car ran noticeably better...that and we installed some Denso Iridium sparkplugs while we were at it (we were changing the timing belt).
