keylees problems now

I just replaced all the door lock actuaters on my 99 Suburban. While doing this I left the doors open.(I did not discnnect the battery)The locks work well now but my keyless entry and the dome lights& courtesy lights dont work?I've changed batteries(in transmiter) ,tried resetting remote ,checked fuses nothing seems to help.I can turn on dome light with switch on insrument panel but they wont come on when door is open.Help!!
