Turning Signal Problem

Hello,

This is just a problem with my left turning signal. When I turn it on it fashes really fast (faster than usual) on the dash but the bulb don't blink. I don't have any problem with the right signal.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Re: Turning Signal Problem

You've got one bulb in wrong-or the wrong part number bulb- the extra resistance now pulls more current- only and the flasher unit flashes faster because of the extra load--

Has anyone been changing, replacing bulbs recently???

Re: Turning Signal Problem

No I haven't changed any of the bulbs. I have only owned the car about 2 months. This all started yesterday. When I started the car this moring the signal started working fine for a few minutes then reverted back to going really fast with the bulb not working.

Re: Turning Signal Problem

hen you probably have a partial short in one of the left hand sockets- open them up and look for hot spots, or crossed up wires etc....
