Power steering Question

Hey hope you can help me. I need to replace the power steering rack in my 93 two door supreme.It has the 3.1. What do i need to know besides the ovious.Do i need to drop the subframe?How long will it take me?I have a haynes manual, but it seems usless. Any input would help me. Thanks

Thanks for the site.My buddy and I are going to do the steering rack this weekend. I also have to do the struts front and rear.It will be a fun weekend of fixing my car.Anyway thanks again, this is the best place to find info on all of my cars and my friends cars.
