97 cirrus 2.5 vs code 1495

I posted here because they are basically the same car as a stratus, but this one gets more hits. my 97 2.5L v6 quit on me and i thought it was the fuel pump. replaced it and it still won't run. checked the codes and got a 1495, which i tried to research online, but found nothing. something about leak detection pump selenoid or something-my question is, where is it, what is it, and how do I fix/replace this problem. help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
