Re: aftermarket engine mounts???

Stock lower dog-bone motor mount is black. The RKSport Lower mount has some red on it.

And off-topic, wouldn't it have been easier to replace the horn by taking out the passenger headlight and reaching down to it? At least it seems that way on my 2003.

Re: aftermarket engine mounts???

it might have been, lol. i have never looked down there from the headlight spot but i have looked at it through a giant hole in the bumper from when i crashed into a tree stump last winter so i knew i could reach from the bottom. but i have some jack stands so i just jacked it up and put it on stands so i could get to it from the bottom. i love my new horn cuz it was the loudest one auto zone had and now people can really tell when they make a boo boo in front of me cuz i let them know it. lol

Re: aftermarket engine mounts???

Haha, sounds fun, Yeah if you take out the passenger side head light and look down into the fender area its right there, I noticed it when I was doing my HID kit cause I needed to find a place down there to mount my ballast. Also an easy way to reach the fog lights is down through the top under the headlights.
