2002celica trd package gt vs integra gs 2000

ok guys , please note that the celica is the base 140 hp vvti 1.8 , not the 180 hp gts motor . the teg is the non veetech 1.8 b18 b 140 hp motor , not the gsr 170 hp b18c veetech . celica has a true cold air intake system which protrudes through the front fascia as awell as i think udgraded exhaust . my teg has greddy evo two hedders /exhaust , with a short ram intake system with heatshield . assuming drivers are of equal talent , both 5 speeds with short throw shift kits , what should be the quicker ride? ( also , teg tire size is 17 /215/40s and celica i believe are 16 /205/50s , thanks fer the info .will be much appriciated.

hm. pretty close. id take the celica, its like 200lbs lighter. not by alot tho maybe 1 car or so
