Window Rubber weather Stripping

95 Cutlass supreme, 2dr. The rubber weather stripping that surrounds the drivers and passenger window at the rear upper corner has slid down about 3 inches. I thought I could just pull it back up and reglue...but it looks/feels secure. Any tips?

Thanks, but that is not the issue. I can't get it to move back up into the original position. It feels secure but hangs low. I try and post a picture.
