7 Series Model Change

Does BMW make multiple model changes in the same year? For example, the 5 series is supposed to have a model change for 2004 being introduced this fall. Will the 7 series have a similar model change for 2004 being introduced this fall?
Thanks for any input!

7 series model change

Ringo provided very helpful information. I really appreciate it.
I did have another question regarding the curb to curb turning ratio of the BMW 7 as compared to the Mercedes S500. What actually is "curb to curb turing ratio? My 500SEL has very responsive turning for a big vehicle. I have seen the 2003 BMW 7 vs. Mercedes S500 comparatively rated and the Mercedes was supposed to be better. Whatr would be lost in going with a 7 rather than an S500 in that respect?
Thanks,
Bwana
