Reset radio 850 Volvo

My radio says off, how do I reset it for 850 Volvo?

Call your Volvo Dealer and give them your complete VIN# and ask for the 4 digit radio code. They will provide you that code for free.

Punch in the 4 numbers and it should now work.

Do you have the correct code, if not you need that first.

Once you have the code, the turn the key to postion 1, and leave it for 1 to 2 hours. When it says CODE, then you can input the code.

You have three attemps, then it will go back to OFF.

In the code doesn't work, that is issued from the dealer from the VIN, then you will need to pull the radio and get the Part# and Serial#.
