Re: Dot 4 in Lumina?

From a little reading here
http://stason.org/TULARC/vehicles/mo...replacing.html
http://jimsgarage.wordpress.com/2007...t-4-and-dot-5/
my conclusion is dot4 can be mixed with dot3 without any problem...in fact, I've used dot4 in my '93 without really questioning the idea...and never had afterthoughts about it.
Practically speaking, dot4 has a higher boiling point than dot 3, period.
