Hello,
I have a 2004 alero 4 door, with a 2.2 liter ecotech engine. Other than my car bein 4 years old, I am coming up on 80,000 miles. This is my first Olds and only my second GM product. Does anyone have a maintenamce schedule for my car? If not, what should I do to keep her running. I have done regular oil changes every 3-5K miles and recently did a spark plug change. I don't have distributor or cables to can be easliy changed. Brakes and an air fliter were also changed. Is there anything else that needs done? Any help would be great. Tom |

Re: 4 year maintenance
Just follow the GM schedule in the owner's manual. Fuel filter unless already done. Tranny pan drop service with new ATF and screen filter since it is coming up at 100K miles. Also, other than basic preventive maintenance services don't fix it unless it is broken.
Also, if you are using dino oil not synthetic change the oil out at 3K mile intervals only and don't stretch it.
