stripped wheel lug

trying to replace a stripped wheel lug on the rear of an 04 2500 express. I took off the caliper and the pad bracket thinking the rotor would slide off but it seems to be hooked or hung up on something. can anybody help me out

Does it have a axel that bolts on to the hub.
If so you may have to remove the axel and then the bub.
