flip fronts

....glue the hood to the fenders.
Cut them from the body.
Make mounts on the body and front end.
Connect.
Profit$$$$$

I would say....make some brackets that attach to the end of the frame and front clip. And a hinge somehow. I hope the pic can help a little. Make them out of plastic, metal, what have you.
