License Plate Light Cover

I have a 2004 Frontier. On the rear bumper, there are two lights for the license plate. Each light has a cover to direct the light to the plate. This past winter, I lost one of those covers and now I have a bright light on my rear bumper. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement light cover?
