My 1996 dodge ram 1500 has a 5.9 in it with just over 200,000. and it started sqeeking on me the other day, and i changes the far right idler pully and was wondering if it could be the middle one or the alternator? so if anyone knows please tell me THANKS!

You can take the belt off and spin the pullies by hand, and find which one it is that way. Make sure you spin the pullies the way the motor turns. It may squeal one direction and not the other.

Scotty is right, and if your not replacing the belt after the replacing the pulley you should do that. A bad belt can slip and make you chase a pulley. Usually idlers and alternator pulleys are the first to go. Good luck.
