|Its not legal but ya cops don't really care too much about it. THey will bust like grow ops but they don't care too much about like people just smoking it. In BC especially its just common place. And then the government would re-affirm its illegality but the indifference is still there. I study law in Canada and I believe that the only reason it is still technically illegal in Canada is because its still illegal in the states (and you guys still seem to care about it) and we just don't want to do anything to piss you guys off. Especially with your war on drugs. Its already hard enough to get across the border lol.
